First Russian-German Virtual Conference on Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences Save the date : December 10-11, 2020 The First Russian-German Virtual Conference on Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences invites in an interactive online event under the umbrella of the German-Russian Interdisciplinary Science Center (G-RISC) researchers from Russia and Germany to push scientific exchange at times when travelling and meeting in person is difficult. First Virtual G-RISC Seminar
The G-RISC Virtual Seminar is a new activity of G-RISC aiming to bring the scientific communities of Russia and Germany closer together. It is planned to have joint seminars of selected partner goups from Russia and Germany, presenting their recent collaborative work to a wider community, so that new collaborative work is stimulated and the communities of both countries growth further together. This new initiative is of importance of times when physical visits are difficult to realize. G-RISC Alumni Meeting in Saint Petersburg Date : November 9, 2015, Location : Saint Petersburg (Canteen, Peterhof), Time : 17:00-19:00 Keynote Lecture : P rof. Dr. Clemens Laubschat (TU Dresden) "Surface Magnetism" Since 2010, when the German-Russian Science Center (G-RISC) was opened, G-RISC brought more than 1,500 young and experienced Researchers together and funded research stays, summer schools, workshops, and conferences as well as talented researchers sur-place. On November 9 G-RISC plans to invite alumni, friends as well as interested researchers to an evening event in Saint Petersburg (Peterhof), dedicated to all those, sharing the ideas of interdisciplinary cutting edge research in physics, geophysics, physical chemistry, and mathematics, and bringing together talented young and top class senior researchers from Germany and Russia. 6 th Workshop Nonlinear PDEs and Financial Mathematics, 23-27 March, 2015 This is an international conference supported by G-RISC, which is organized in the framework of FP 7 Marie Curie Initial training Network STRIKE by University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz, Germany. During the event experienced researches and young PhD students can share their knowledge and expertise in analytical, stochastic and numeric approaches to financial markets.
